• Local Orders (Thailand)

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after the return is received and inspected.

• International Orders

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Same item condition requirements apply.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs/duties.
  • Refunds processed after item inspection.

• To Initiate a Return

  • Please contact us at support@myveryownway.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
